Insurance can be confusing. We want families to know which plans we participate with and what questions to ask before an evaluation or therapy begins.

Playdate Speech Therapy is in-network with:

- Carolina Complete Health
- Healthy Blue Medicaid
Insurance participation does not mean every service is covered under every plan. Benefits, copays, deductibles, referral requirements, prior authorization requirements, and visit limits can vary by plan.
Before Your First Visit
If you are using insurance, it is helpful to confirm your speech-language pathology benefits with your plan. If prior authorization is required, our office can help with that process.

Out-of-Network Benefits
For families using out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill with applicable diagnostic and treatment codes that may be submitted to the insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Reimbursement is determined by the individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
